Estate Planning is a Happy Time! And Convincing Others to Do it is Futile.

Have you ever tried to convince someone to do something? It's very hard, isn't it? I find that to be true to convince people of the importance of estate planning.

As an attorney, I see the horror stories almost daily... proper estate planning will go a long way to save your loved ones anguish and heartbreak.  Even more so, as a daughter who had to probate my own Dad's estate -- it's an emotional nightmare.

Regardless of all the good reasons to do estate planning, I do not try to convince people to do it. You just can't.

Instead, I am here for you when you decide you are ready.

I make it easy and remind my clients that estate planning is indeed a happy time. You are alive and well. You have money. You have loved ones you want to protect. It is a happy time, indeed. Sounds corny, but it is true.
