Clelbritites without estate plans always draw attention. Chris Benoit's circumstances are particularly difficult because of the tragedy surrounding his and his fmaily's deaths. Nonetheless, it's not that unusual for someone of his age to not have a plan in place and consdiering that he probably had managers and advisors who were supposed to help organize his life, it seems as if there were multiple failures of responsibility.

The average citizen often neglects their own planning. The consequences are different but the fasmily suffers nonetheless. We just don't read about it in the papers.
