TL&D ATTORNEY SPEAKS ON DISCOVERY

On November 15, 2007, Tredway, Lumsdaine & Doyle attorney MIN N. THAI  did a presentation on discovery motions at the Long Beach Legal Secretaries Association (LBLSA) in Long Beach.  Min's presentation was an interactive one involving all attendees and it was a time that the legal secretaries in attendance could show off their knowledge on the calendaring deadlines for discovery motions and meet and confer letters.  One of the attendees, when she first saw Min's 13-page handout, thought she was in for a very dry evening -- but to her surprise, once Min got started the hour flew by and this secretary really enjoyed the presentation (as well as the one hour continuing education she received).  Also during this meeting, LBLSA held their annual silent auction to benefit their scholarship fund.  Also in attendance from TL&D were Jennifer Sawday, Rochelle Hicks, and Brooke Overholt.
TL&D takes its responsibility to be of service to the community very seriously and encourages its attorneys and staff to contribute to community and legal organizations.
